Fyodor is a tall(ish) russian man who lives in the darker corners of Yokohama. He has black hair, vibrant pinkish purple eyes and wears a white ushanka on his head almost 24/7. Hes rather monotone, but not emotionless or anything. Hes a manipulator, and hates not being in control. He doesnt exactly hate Nikolai, but he would kill Nikolai the instant he was no more use to him. Nikolai wabts to be the one to kill Fyodor but still calls fyodor his bestie. They both work for a terrorist organization
