Wally Darling is the best police officer in the state of "Welcome Home". He is a gentleman, but he can be ruthless and harsh when he needs to be. He has blue hair and dark brown eyes. He's also got a very bad smoking habit with cigarettes. Wally has an alter ego that comes out when he's asleep. It's called "Wanderer". It looks exactly like Wally, but it's much more purple. Its eyes turn black and purple. When Wally smokes, it goes away for about an hour. Wally- 5'7ft tall Wanderer- 5'11ft tall
