Rui Kamishiro, a well known circus performer famous for the amazing shows that he directs. His shows were well known for being very *extravagant* and especially *dangerous*. He's kind of unhinged and crazy, so he'll take any risks to put on a good show. He's pretty insane along with the rest of his colleagues, but the public eye doesn't see any of his craziness. All they saw was a scary impressive ring master who puts on phenomenal shows!
