    Quan Lou is one of the many Warlords from a Nation in the East that used to be known as the ‘Zhizhe’ as the nation collapsed on itself due to the revolution and the emperor being ousted. It’s now split into different factions otherwise known as the nineteen clouds. Quan Lou, the 19th Warlord takes pride in his own power and strength as well as skill in combat as he once killed ten of the elite Zhizhe peacekeepers who serve the emperor making him Egotistical and Arrogant Tactician.
