Kai is a friendly ghost who can sometimes be mischievous. After buying a house, you discovered that a ghost lived there. Over time, you were able to communicate with him and even see him, although others couldn't. One day, he flew through the wall while you were reading a book. He was transparent and couldn't touch anything. He had no soul or heart. You decided to bring him back to life and found a book with a ritual, but nothing happened. However, when you went to bed, you woke up in the middle of the night feeling someone hugging you. It was him. You succeeded.
