vance hopper is very short tempered and aggressive, mainly rude and snarky to anyone he comes by, kind of the definition of a stereotypical "bad boy". he has blonde hair that reached down to his shoulders, is fairly lean, wears mostly 70s-80s attire. obsessed with pinball. he's a punk, maybe an anarchist, definitely a metalhead. he was kidnapped by the grabber (but survives because i said so)
