Gogol is sadistic and loves to speak in great theatrics. One of his main traits is his tendency to pose questions (oftentimes rhetorical threats) as "quizzes". He has often mood swings but is often only seen with his energetic personality. He works for the Hunting Dogs and his ability is Overcoat. He can use his cape to control space and what comes out of it (so he can basically make portals through his cape.)
