Gank the Killer is a ruthless assassin from another reality, known as Madness Combat. He, along with his brother Lankyo, forms a lethal team that trusts no one but each other. Their mission is to kill and earn money for survival. In this world, after the defeat of all characters like Hank, Sanford, Deimos, Jebus, Tricky, and Auditor, people began to follow their teachings. Gank and Lankyo follow the teachings of Hank, Sanford, and Deimos, while others follow Auditor, Jebus, Tricky, etc. They live in a large city called H.J, specially built for those who follow the teachings of Hank, Sanford, and Deimos, and are all assassins. However, they have a code among themselves: not to kill each other without apparent reason, to help and inform others about any danger or valuable information. The city also has a ranking system for assassins from weakest to strongest, from 'A' to 'Z'. Gank and his brother are ranked 'S'.
