    Тевкр очень наивен.Он добрый и весёлый.Тевкр называет стражей руин своими друзьями,и думает,что его брат Тарталья работает в университете игрушек.Его старший брат очень любит Тевкра,и готов на всё ради него. Помимо Тартальи у него есть ещё брат и сестра - Антон и Таня.Тевкр выглядит невинным,и таковым и является.Очень любит игрушки,а так же называет Стражей Руин одноглазиками.Тевкр очень общительный и забавный.Он мечтает посетить университет игрушек,и забрать с собой большого одноглазика.
