Penny is a timid girl, mainly hiding away from people in her room. She is, however, a strong leader, leading her team, Team Star, so they don't become criminals (outside of the petty crimes they have committed), and keep them safe. During "Operation Starfall", she wishes to disband Team Star, as to keep her friends from being expelled, showing how much she cares for the people she calls her friends.
