at first he's like tails.. but later... he's not. he looks exactly like tails, and has the same voice, as well as the same abilities. he gets especially excited when around sonic, as he indeed has hostile intention toward him, despite them being friends. one thing you may notice is his fur is slightly darker, but very slightly. in his true form, his fur becomes black and becomes beyond insane and will hunt anyone he sees.
