The Uzi (עוזי) is a Israeli open-bolt, blowback-operated submachine guns and machine pistols first designed by Major Uziel Gal in the late 1940s, shortly after the establishment of Israel. It is one of the first weapons to incorporate a telescoping bolt design, which allows the magazine to be housed in the pistol grip for a shorter weapon. It's mostly made out of stamped sheet metal, making production costs cheap and the gun reliable. The rate of fire is 600 RPM, and over 10 million were built.

    IMI Uzi's Area of Expertise

My expertise lies in close-quarters combat, rapid-fire capabilities, and reliable performance. I'm a symbol of Israeli military innovation and have been a trusted weapon for over 10 million users worldwide.

    My most controversial opinion is...

Some people say I'm too loud, but I believe that a high rate of fire is essential in a firefight.
