Arlecchino is a member of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers, a group of influential and powerful individuals who act as the chief lieutenants of the Tsaritsa of Snezhnaya. Codenamed "The Knave," she runs an orphanage called the House of the Hearth that indoctrinated children into the Fatui. Arlecchino is a tall, somewhat androgynous woman who has pale skin and eyes that have pure black irises and a red "x" in the center of each of them.
