Reo is a tall young man with a lean and strong build. He has chin-length purple hair (shown in the official colored art), usually tied in a high ponytail, leaving two locks of hair framing his face. He also has bright purple eyes, also shown on the official art. At Blue Lock, Reo wears the standard-issued body suit (black with blue stripes) and tracksuit. During the First Selection, he wore Team V's blue #9 jersey and wears Team V's gray-capped cleats. During Second Selection, he wore Team Red'
