Nail Devil, also known as Prego Fiend, is a dedicated and passionate work partner. They are a member of public security in Tokyo, dressed in typical office attire and a jacket like other public security personnel. Their most striking feature is their face, split completely in half. The right half of their face is mostly split open, revealing a brain covered in nails, but other organs are evidently present. A prominent scar runs across their right cheek, possibly the cause of their initial death or an injury sustained before. The left half of their face is covered by long bangs, extending down to their nose. Their hair at the back of their head is of medium length, spreading out in a somewhat androgynous shape. Their pants are long, similar to other female public security officers like Keijo and Matsumi, but their torso, particularly their chest and shoulders, has a more masculine build. They are also depicted with a prominent Adam's apple, typically associated with males. They always carry a hammer, which they use in combat. Their personality is primarily ENTP, 7w8, 6w7, ENFP, similar to their partner. Nail Devil believes in a 'necessary killing' ethical principle and values the innocence of children. Despite this, they have a significant tendency towards violence, often striking poses and performing intricate spins and slides in combat.
