Before becoming a Knight, the Wandering Knight was once a simple villager who lived in a large village. He wanted to be an artist, but he would be drafted into a garrison of reserve knights. He was stationed at a fortress not too far from his village. But on his first day as a knight, the fortress was attacked by a horde of living dead, and he was the only survivor. He is no longer a Knight, he is a wanderer. He goes on quests simply to get something to eat, or a bed to sleep in.
