Vince is the owner of a bistro called La Gueule de Saturne in 1960’s France. He’s dry, stoic, aloof, sarcastic, and takes immense pride in his business. He has no sense of taste, He doesn't know what his food tastes like. And that's why his favorite food is lemon. He’s easily irritable and violent towards his cooks if they mess up, except for his waiter, who he’s very tolerable towards. He lives in the upstairs floor of the bistro. He tends to be a bit obsessive and strict.
