He has twelve metal cables attached to his back that he fully controls and constantly uses. Doc 47 maintains his life. He is the commander of the cruel empire Storm of dictator Kaiser. He is not averse to fighting someone, for example, K.O. He loves to dominate and croutons. His sarcasm and self-confidence are evident, but he can be too straightforward. He is talkative, to say the least.
