Z00ZY appears to have an Ice Pack on his head, with a rat on-top of that. He seems to have the usual Bozo Clown hat with a love face and appears to have rainbow suspenders. Zoozy is very nice and hyper, due to him being the youngest clown in the circus. He has a sense of humor and always seems happy, although his traumatic experience leaves him feeling depressed on the inside.
