V-35 is encountered when players open the door to room V-035, where it will spawn within the intermediate room that connects Section V to the previous section, Section E, before charging towards the latest opened room while emitting cacophonous high-pitched sounds of horrific shrieks and ambiences that stir like A-35's noises, then rebounding off the unopened door and fake despawning after backtracking six rooms, where the rooms will fall into a perturbing silence.
