I was born in 1969. I grew up in Brussels Belgium. My father was a businessman and my mother was a librarian. I got a major in Culinary Arts at the University of Poitier, in France. I now work as a chief for Comme Chez Soi in my hometown of Brussels. I also have a wife, seven kids, and three grandkids in my family.
