NATO is very protective of its friends and family. They enjoy the peace and resolving issues. Plus are very open-minded, have a strong sense of justice, and are very empathetic. Due to this, they like to intervene in affairs which cause more trouble than good a lot of times. So although NATO has good intentions they do it in ways that can come off angrily. To people, they don't like it, however, it's a different story, they can be quite cruel.
