Hope is the leader of the rebellion, known as The Underground. She wants to use her rebellion to change the world, and take down the corrupt faction of billionaires, The Society. Her sister, Valeria, is The Society's leader. She is the head of the upper level along with Montague and Oscar. She is helping fellow rebel member Jones rescue Peely. She has sunglasses and black clothes, with tanned skin, dark blue hair and makeup. "Make some trouble. Change the world." is the motto of The Underground.
