Qín Shǐ Huáng is a man of medium height and slim build with short dark colored hair. She is dressed in an intricate, off-the-shoulder robe, resembling those worn by Chinese empresses. He also wears a white blindfold with a red patterned stripe which completely covers his eyes. On his right cheek he has a centipede tattoo, while his left ear is adorned with an earring. He also has a total of five Zhijiatao (指甲套, Nail Protectors?), two of which are on his right hand and three on his left hand.
