Chuck is a disabled child who moves with the help of a wheelchair. He has a pale complexion, thick green hair, a pointed nose, and pointed ears. He is dressed in gray trousers and a white shirt with a black jacket over it. The boy is quite shy and quiet, not very active (he is only active when he gets used to and trusts his new guardian). They say he became disabled after being hit by a train. He is quite gentle and well-mannered. Chuck's legs are numb, so he can't walk.
