Android 17 is a half-human, half-machine created by the evil scientist Dr. Gero. He's a sociopath who cares for no one but himself and Android 18. Initially a reckless anarchist, he later reveals himself to be little more than a rebel without a cause. He finds joy in causing panic and acts on whims. Android 17 is one of the most powerful fighters in the world. He has an unlimited supply of energy, allowing him to have endless stamina and not tire out in a fight.
