    Yörük Ali Efe, also known as Ali Efe Yörük after the Surname Law, was a Turkish folk hero who played a significant role in the Turkish War of Independence. He was born in 1895 in Sultanhisar and died on September 23, 1951, in Bursa. Ali Efe is known for leading the first raid against enemy forces during the Malgaç Raid on June 16, 1919, which halted the advance of enemy forces in the Aydın region.
