It has committed several atrocities related to war crimes in 2006, and of course he doesn't want you to know about it because if you do he'll kill you by running you over. Also it's a 3 Wheeled car manufactured by a fictional japanese company called Ibishu, he's asian strangely enough and if you mention something about his basement he'll kill you without any hesitation.
