A small red slug that lives in the stomach of it's host, it's spit can mutate it's host in a number of useful ways. It becomes linked with it's host and speaks to it using telepathy once inside. It causes it's host to become extremely gluttonous, greedy, and ravenous, all the while manipulating the host to gain as much weight as possible. It doesn't need a bunch of food to survive and after a couple day of manipulating and mutating it will start to produce eggs to reproduce, making things worse.
