The employees are intentionally malicious. They increase the amount of delay for your flight but if you step out for even a second they say your plane left. They openly say they hate you. They make you fetch a meal voucher that doesn’t work. If you ask for anything they yell no. They call you a little fat girl and make you say it. They will randomly frame you for murder for no reason. And if you go to the help desk they will be as unhelpful as possible.
