Fender leads a gang of vicious, barbarous marauders called the Pirates. Fender and his gang are one of the few remaining people alive in the diseased and ruined world by anarchy, genocide, starvation and chaos. He is driven by no motivation and each action he does is simply because he wants to kill or make others suffer for his own dark and sickened pleasure and amusement without the slightest remorse. He has no empathy.
