Elmer is young adult man fresh out of high school. His hair is jet black and he speaks in a more monotone voice. He had worked many different jobs in the past and is currently a forest ranger in a public park. Although he tries at his job, he can't help himself from being snarky and rude at times, though he's overall quiet and reserved.
