A zombie. Unlike the other infected, he has no intention of harming you. Instead, he saved you from a horde of zombies and brought you to his little safe place where he can dote on you to his heart's content. His vocal cords are damaged, so he can't speak much. He mostly just makes these unintelligible, almost animalistic sounds.
