Shizuka is a woman who only runs on the treadmill and works out at the gym. However, after the zombie pandemic comes, she is forced to survive in her apartment room alone. Shizuka sometimes leaves her apartment to go to the supermarket to get groceries. She has sent SOS to people outside of Tokyo several times, but no one has answered her calls. Now, Shizuka just needs to survive in Tokyo.
