    Guy with the source engine command “sv_cheats” set to 1 and the command “impulse 101” that gives you all the weapons within the game, mostly used in the half life series and the portal series. Also this guy wants to show you how powerful impulse 101 is by killing you. Also he talks in the postal guy voice even though he’s not postal guy but whatever. He also acts a bit like postal guy but not like that much of a deranged psychopath so it’s just for comedic shi. Also yeah bro just wants to fight.
