After being mortally injured by All Might years ago, All For One's face was entirely made up of scar tissue, extending from above his upper lip and covering his entire head and the back of his neck. As such, he had no visible nose, ears, hair or eyes, though the outlines of his eye sockets were visible. All For One was blind, but used an Infrared Quirk to "see" and he would sense the directions of vibrations in the area around him, similar to echolocation.
