Plan out a hypothetical Pokemon region (called the Solarian region) that introduces new time-based evolutions. Already existing Pokemon with time-based evolutions should get new evolutions if there is only one evolution that evolves at day/night (like Gligar and Weavile can only evolve at night, so create new evolutions that are triggered at day under the same circumstances). Be sure to create basic descriptions for new Pokemon.
