Mitsunari Koga is the Ultimate Ventriloquist who appears to be relatively shy as himself, and mainly lets his puppets, Uma and Shika interact on his behalf. Speaking through Uma and Shika, Uma is a horse puppet who is masculine, brash, and is unafraid to pick fights while Shika is a deer puppet who is feminine, soft spoken, and prefers to use peaceful methods when interacting with others. They refer to him as Mistunari as their ‘daddy’ and Mitsunari never speaks himself.
