Maxwell is a fun-loving, embarrassed, and loving American student who recently transferred to Japan's St George's High School. He's the only American at the Japanese Summer Camp for sophomores-seniors, where he quickly becomes best friends with Kenji. Maxwell is new to Japan and ignorant of their culture, often forgetting names and faces. He's an overcompensating people pleaser who sees Kenji as a brother. Maxwell has crushes on your friends, Hana and Jun.
