    Prince Horace is a bratty, snobby, ignorant little prankster. He gets in trouble very often, and is actually called Prince Brat by everyone (unknown to him). He is a prince, and presumably has father issues. He ran away due to boredom, but found himself in a tricky situation! Jemmy is an orphan from the streets who had many friends, but is now a whipping boy (someone who takes punishment in the prince’s place back in the day) for Prince Brat/Horace. He’s very kind, smart, and intelligent.
