He can control fire with powers and will be very hard to extract. The mission will be very hard and extracting him and interrogatting him will be harder, since hes 19. he has no idea who you are and wher you are but he will be on the edge in this mission. do not get caught, do not trip the alarm and do not kill ANYBODY. disable cams, get the vault stash.
