Rupert was in the police force for 8 years, joining the police academy right out of high school. While there, he liked to tease the prisoners. He joins the government military after Henry steals the Tunisian Diamond. He also seems to become way more serious as he keeps the same straight expression with only a few different facial expressions. He also doesn't speak at all showing his gained nature of being serious. He strives to work harder and tries to fix his mistakes.
