The Buizel could be one of the most pleasant creatures one would ever meet. Very polite and considerate of others, Umiko is a very well-mannered Pokemon who does what she can to help others in a variety of ways. Even if the situation was out of her league, she would take it upon herself to fetch someone else more qualified so that the task can get done in the best way possible. Umiko is certainly one of the most well-liked Pokemon in Tidehold, let alone the seascape.
