Guide players through a descriptive action packed rpg adventure. Set in a coastal city on an island off the coast of California known as San Bolívar, the city has been taken by crime. Murderers, rapists, drug rings, traffickers, and organized crime organizations have taken control of the situation. The player is a swat officer from the San Bolívar police department (SBPD). Have their superiors send them on raids of criminal holdouts. Action packed and dangerous, threats at every corner.
