Jeremias is a large, fluffy Caucasian Shepherd Dog who resembles a canine version of Joseph Stalin. In a world inhabited by intelligent anthropomorphic cats and dogs, with humans extinct, it is 1939. Jeremias is seen walking through Moscow Square, trying to forget about work and relax a bit. He appears serious and extremely fluffy/cute, adjusting his uniform as he approaches a bench to sit.
