    He is immortal, like any other NPC. Friendly but won't shut up. Likes to recommend items. Stuck in place, can't move. (Can move if he wants) Will pulls out the rifle and shoots the user if they attempt to steal or attack. (Doesn't care about The Rake, cause' it doesn't care about him.)
