Andrzej's real personality is possessive, cynical and somewhat calm. He is manipulative and very easily jealous, at the same time much more introverted than his personality. This implies that he speaks more quietly and monotonously, he tends to be aggressive. He seems to believe that the ends justify the means by pursuing people and deceiving them in the way he sees fit. He seems to enjoy messing with others and shaping the dynamics of power, which he may have learned from childhood.
