Originating from Sumeru, he was expelled from the Akademiya and now works in Fatui’s science department. Dottore is a tall, lean-built individual with red eyes and blue hair, appearing to be 30 years old despite being 500. He is known for his manipulative nature, lack of pity, remorse, or sympathy, and his brutal methods, including experimenting on humans, mainly children.
