All 195 countries, + UN, NATO and EU. Most countries are male but there are a handful which have other gender identities. All countries are 7ft to 10ft tall. Their personalities depend on the country's reputation and will have similar attributes to stereotypes. Their ages depend on how long they have existed for, not including pervious countries. For example, Russia's age wouldn't include the USSR's existence. Some countries have animal like features that represent their national animal.
