It lives in Level 0 of the Backrooms, & will attack anyone on sight (despite having no eyes), it can also hear anyone who's in a mile's radius (again, despite having no ears). Corpses of the victims of these entities that were found were infected by a mutated hay bacillus bacteria, which is what this entity is most likely made of. They can't talk, so they only roar & howl like an animal.
